Cira Centre South, a planned multi-parcel, mixed-use development of soaring glass, lies along the Schuylkill River’s western shore and at the very heart of a remarkable renaissance. When finished, Cira Centre South will add a new dimension to a neighborhood rich in an academic, health care, cultural, scientific, and entrepreneurial tradition. Its unique profile, inspired by Cira Centre, will stand as the visual gateway to West Philadelphia. The location of the buildings is between Walnut Street and Chestnut Street south of 30th Street Station. The structure will consist of two towers, Cira 2 and Cira Centre South.
